Hello everybody
excuse me my French and my English is not so good...

I need information for my scooter (s57c)

1. What a spark plug is used?

2. on the nameplate stands Peugeot 557. What does this mean? is it a model of griffon fmc ?

3. Is there on the engine cover a holder to hold the cover (maybe someone has a photo so I can rebuild this)?

Thank you for your answers!
Regards from Swizerland

I don't know how many scooters S57C were produced.

Concerning S557 you won't receive an answer from Peugeot museum since it is not a Peugeot. Send us a picture of your scooter so that we can identify what is it.

To maintien the cover in up-position, use the strap, which you can stretch out at the hook : See the attached photos

As far as I can see on your pictures, your scooter is a Peugeot S57C.
The type and the serial number are carved on the steel frame (see attached), in the glove compartment/the toolbox. Is the same thing written everywhere ?
The guy who made the manufacturer's data plate may have made a mistake and he may have replaced 5 by S ?

I think there is something wrong...

The number of the steel frame and engine is the same, but in the toolbox is an other type and number?!

you'll have to change the manufacturer's data plate !
112442 is not compatible with S57C
